Paul has been involved in private equity for nearly 20 years, accumulating over 30 years of professional experience. He is responsible for business development, networking, fundraising, investment execution, and monitoring Norea’s portfolio companies.

Before joining Norea, Paul was a Managing Director at TorQuest. Previously, he was active as an independent sponsor and held senior executive positions at Bombardier and RTL Group. Earlier in his career, Paul served on two occasions in the Office of Prime Minister, latterly as Deputy Chief of Staff (Policy).

Paul holds law degrees (BCL and LLB) from McGill University and graduated from the École Nationale d’Administration (ENA) in France. He has previously served on several boards of directors of private and non-profit organizations, including the Gordon Foundation, Canada 2020, and the National Conservancy of Canada (Quebec).
