David brings over 15 years of experience in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He supports the Norea team in sourcing and executing investment opportunities and contributes to the overall oversight of the firm’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Norea Capital, David worked at DNA Capital, where he was involved in numerous cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions. He subsequently joined Persistence Capital Partners, a private equity fund focused on opportunities in the Canadian healthcare sector. In this role, he was responsible for transaction execution as well as the management of portfolio companies.

David holds a degree from HEC Montréal.
