Géraldine has nearly 20 years of experience in business law. She is responsible for all legal aspects of investment activities, as well as corporate and governance matters.

Before joining Norea, Géraldine held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Desjardins Capital. She began her career in private practice, focusing on commercial litigation.

Géraldine has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2006 and is a graduate of Université Laval.
