Mario has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. He supports Norea’s portfolio companies in implementing governance structures, strategic planning, and developing value-added operational initiatives.

Before joining Norea, he was a partner at the Quebec Manufacturing Fund, a private equity fund that optimizes the growth potential of manufacturing companies. Mario also served as CEO of two medium-sized manufacturing companies.

Mario holds an engineering degree, is a Certified Corporate Director (ASC), and graduated from the Royal Military College of Canada and Université Laval.
